CENTRAL CIDERURAL

CideRural is a specialized technology and service platform, legally constituted as an Economic Interest Grouping (A.I.E.), created by the Spanish Banking Association (AEB), the Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks (CECA), and the National Union of Credit Cooperatives (UNACC). Its primary mission is to facilitate the secure and efficient exchange of credit risk information between financial entities (particularly rural savings banks, "cajas rurales") and the Bank of Spain's central credit registry, CIRBE. The platform allows these institutions to fulfill their legal reporting obligations and to consult the credit history of potential borrowers, playing a crucial role in credit risk management within the Spanish financial system.
