Center for Research of Payment Systems and Settlements

The Center for Research of Payment Systems and Settlements (ЦИПСиР) was established as an autonomous non-profit organization with the support of the Bank of Russia. Its primary mission is to conduct applied research, provide expert analysis, and foster dialogue among stakeholders on the development of Russia's national payment system, financial technologies (FinTech), and digital currencies. The Center acts as a key competence hub, focusing on improving the efficiency, security, and accessibility of payment and settlement systems within the Russian Federation.
