Originally an independent company, CenPOS was acquired by Elavon (a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank) in 2019. It now operates as a flagship product within Elavon's suite of payment solutions. CenPOS is an end-to-end payment gateway and management platform that specializes in providing secure, cloud-based payment processing for B2B and B2C enterprises. Its core mission is to streamline payment acceptance by integrating directly with clients' Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, accounting software, and eCommerce platforms, thereby reducing processing costs, minimizing PCI compliance scope, and mitigating fraud.
