Founded in 2003 by Ken Njoroge and Bolaji Akinboro, Cellulant is a pioneering financial technology company in Africa. Its mission is to enable seamless payments for businesses, banks, and consumers across the continent. The company operates a single API payment platform, Tingg, which connects merchants to a wide array of payment methods—including mobile money, local and international cards, and direct bank transfers—in numerous African countries, simplifying the complexities of cross-border and local digital transactions.
