CEB (County Employee Benefits)

County Employee Benefits of California (CEB) was formed in 1989 through a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) agreement. It operates as a non-profit, member-owned public agency with the primary mission of providing cost-effective and high-quality employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, to public agencies throughout California. By pooling the resources and risks of its member agencies, CEB helps them manage the rising costs of employee benefits while offering comprehensive and stable coverage options.
