The Central Registry of Securities j.s.c. Banja Luka (CeBIH) is the central institution for the registration of securities and the clearing and settlement of securities transactions in the Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Established in accordance with the Law on Securities Market, its mission is to ensure the efficient, secure, and transparent functioning of the capital market. It maintains a centralized electronic database of all securities, records ownership and transfers, and processes transactions executed on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
