CatchMark Timber Trust

Founded in 2006 and becoming a public company in 2013, CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. operated as a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on the acquisition, ownership, and management of a diverse portfolio of timberland assets located in prime wood-producing basins of the U.S. South. The company's strategy was to deliver consistent and growing cash flow to its investors through sustainable timber harvesting, land sales, and other revenue-generating activities on its properties. In September 2022, CatchMark completed its all-stock merger with PotlatchDeltic Corporation, ceasing to exist as an independent company.
