However, the business operates from a known virtual office address in London and is not authorized by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Furthermore, it has been officially warned against by financial regulators and is facing compulsory dissolution by the UK's Companies House, exhibiting the characteristics of a high-yield investment program (HYIP) or Ponzi scheme.
