Care360 was a comprehensive, web-based platform developed by Quest Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic information services. Launched in the early 2000s, its mission was to help physicians and healthcare providers streamline clinical workflows, improve patient care, and manage their practices more efficiently. The platform included features like an Electronic Health Record (EHR), electronic prescribing, lab order and results management, and clinical messaging. Over time, Quest Diagnostics evolved its health IT offerings, and the functionalities and user base of Care360 were migrated and integrated into its newer, broader Quanum brand, which continues to provide a range of solutions for healthcare professionals.
