Cardano Foundation

Established in Zug, Switzerland, the Cardano Foundation is the legal custodian of the Cardano brand and works to drive the adoption and utility of the Cardano blockchain. As one of the three founding entities of Cardano, alongside IOG (Input Output Global) and EMURGO, its core mission is to standardize, protect, and promote the Cardano protocol. The Foundation focuses on shaping blockchain governance, fostering the growth of the Cardano community, ensuring stakeholder accountability, and facilitating partnerships to expand the ecosystem's use cases.
