Caple

Founded in 2015, Caple was a fintech company that aimed to address the funding gap for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The company developed a proprietary technology platform that partnered with banking institutions, such as BNP Paribas Asset Management, to originate and manage unsecured loans for SMEs. Caple's model allowed businesses to secure long-term loans of up to £5m without the need for personal guarantees or collateral. The company operated in the UK and the Netherlands before ceasing to trade and entering administration in June 2020.
