Capital Trust Agency

Established in 1999 through an interlocal agreement between Gulf Breeze and Century, Florida, the Capital Trust Agency (CTA) is a public body and agency that facilitates tax-exempt and taxable financing for a variety of projects across the United States. As a conduit issuer, the CTA partners with non-profit organizations, private entities, and governmental units to issue bonds for projects such as affordable housing, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and infrastructure improvements. The agency's mission is to foster economic development and provide access to low-cost capital for qualifying projects that serve a public purpose.
