Caliber Home Loans, Inc. was a full-service, non-bank national mortgage lender and servicer headquartered in Coppell, Texas. Founded in 2008, the company grew to become one of the largest independent mortgage companies in the U.S., offering a wide range of residential mortgage products, including conventional, government-backed (FHA, VA), and jumbo loans. The company's mission focused on responsible lending and providing a transparent, customer-centric home financing experience. In 2021, Caliber was acquired by Rithm Capital (formerly New Residential Investment Corp.) and has since been integrated into its sister company, Newrez LLC.
