CAAT Pension Plan

Founded in 1967, the CAAT Pension Plan is an independent, jointly governed trust established to provide retirement security to its members. It operates as a multi-employer pension plan, originally for the 24 colleges in Ontario, Canada, but has since expanded to include members from various sectors across the country. Its mission is to provide secure, predictable, and valuable retirement income for life to its members. The plan is recognized for its innovative "DBplus" plan design, which offers a fixed contribution rate for employers and employees while providing a defined benefit pension.
