Business Loans Scotland

Business Loans Scotland (BLS) is a not-for-profit organisation established to support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Scotland. Funded through a partnership between the Scottish Government, the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and all 32 of Scotland's local authorities, BLS provides crucial gap funding to viable businesses that may struggle to secure full funding from traditional lenders. The organization offers loans ranging from £25,000 to £250,000, aiming to foster economic development, create and safeguard jobs, and encourage business innovation and expansion within the country.
