As a Certified Development Company (CDC), it partners with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and private-sector lenders to facilitate the SBA 504 Loan Program. The company's primary mission is to foster economic development and create or retain jobs by providing small businesses in its service area with access to long-term, fixed-rate financing for major assets such as real estate and equipment.
