Business Consortium Fund

Established in 1987 by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the Business Consortium Fund (BCF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to financing the growth and development of NMSDC-certified minority business enterprises (MBEs). As the nation's most comprehensive financing and business support organization for minority-owned businesses, BCF is a U.S. Treasury-certified CDFI. Its mission is to provide essential capital and advisory services to help these businesses expand, create jobs, and contribute to the economic strength of their communities.
