Founded in 1995, Bulbrokers AD was the first licensed investment intermediary in Bulgaria, playing a foundational role in the development of the country's capital market. The company is regulated by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) and is a member of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). Bulbrokers offers a wide range of services including brokerage for stocks, bonds, and derivatives on the BSE and international markets, as well as forex and CFD trading. Additionally, it provides corporate finance, M&A advisory, and wealth management services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients.
