Bridge Investment Community Development Corporation

Bridge Investment Community Development Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). As a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group, its mission is to strengthen underserved communities by providing access to capital to create and preserve affordable housing, support the development of community facilities, and foster the growth of small businesses. The organization partners with other entities to deploy and manage specialized, impact-driven investment funds that aim to generate positive social and economic outcomes.
