Brickken is a company specialized in tokenization which goal is to bring companies equity on chain, through its decentralized application (dApp). Companies on chain have the possibility of performing Security Token Offerings as a crowfunding mechanism for its equity, or of any of the assets it has or wants to acquire, without the need of intermediaries. The dApp provides the necessary tools for companies to be managed on chain, from secondary market transactions to voting polls and all the needed instruments for tokenholders management.
