Founded in 1999, Brazos Private Equity Partners was a leading private investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. The firm specialized in making equity investments in middle-market companies, often in partnership with management teams. Their investment strategy targeted a variety of sectors, including consumer, healthcare, commercial and industrial, and financial services. After raising three funds and investing over $1.4 billion, the firm's partners decided to stop raising new funds in 2014 and focus on managing and harvesting the existing portfolio of investments.
