Founded in 2019, BoletoFlex is a financial technology company focused on promoting financial inclusion in Brazil. Its core service is a "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) platform that enables e-commerce customers, particularly those without access to credit cards, to make purchases and pay for them over time through installment payment slips (boleto parcelado). The company's mission is to democratize access to credit and e-commerce for a wider segment of the Brazilian population. In March 2023, BoletoFlex was acquired by Pagaleve, another prominent Brazilian BNPL provider, to consolidate their market position and expand their service offerings.
