Founded from the commercial associations of São Paulo (ACSP), Boa Vista is a prominent Brazilian credit information and analytics company. It manages a massive database of financial and credit history for millions of individuals and companies, known as the "Serviço Central de Proteção ao Crédito" (SCPC). The company's core services include providing credit scores, credit reports, debt negotiation platforms, and anti-fraud solutions. In August 2023, Boa Vista was officially acquired by the global data and analytics company Equifax, but it continues to operate its services in Brazil under the well-established Boa Vista brand.
