It is also an approved Financial Advisory firm under the Financial Services Act 2013 by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). BMWM is also a licensed Corporate Unit Trust Agency (CUTA) under the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM). And, BMK Wealth is regulated under The Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC)
