BLV-ABL Belgian Leasing Association

Founded in 1972, the Belgian Leasing Association (known as BLV in Dutch and ABL in French) is the official representative body for leasing and vehicle rental companies operating in Belgium. Its core mission is to defend and promote the collective interests of its members. The association engages in activities such as representing the sector to public authorities, providing legal and tax information to its members, collecting and publishing market statistics, and promoting the leasing and renting industries to the public.
