Founded in 2002, BluePay Processing was a U.S.-based payment technology company that provided secure and streamlined payment solutions for businesses of all sizes. The company specialized in credit card processing, ACH payments, and integrated payment gateway services, focusing on security and seamless software integration. In October 2017, BluePay was acquired by First Data for $760 million. Following the major merger between First Data and Fiserv in 2019, BluePay's technology and services were integrated into Fiserv's small business platform, Clover. The original BluePay brand has since been retired.
