Blue Financial Services Ghana Ltd.

Blue Financial Services Ghana Ltd. was the Ghanaian subsidiary of Blue Financial Services, a pan-African micro-finance group established in 2001. The company focused on providing ethical and innovative credit solutions and financial services to formally employed but under-banked individuals in Ghana. However, the parent company faced significant financial distress, and the Ghanaian entity was declared insolvent. Consequently, its license was revoked by the Bank of Ghana in August 2019 as part of a major clean-up of the country's financial sector.
