Blue Capital Credit

Blue Capital Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. was a publicly-traded company that, through its operating subsidiaries, offered collateralized reinsurance products and invested in insurance-linked securities. The company provided investors with direct access to the returns of the reinsurance market, focusing on property catastrophe risks. It was managed by Blue Capital Management Ltd., a subsidiary of Sompo International Holdings Ltd. (formerly Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd.). In July 2020, Sompo International completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares, and Blue Capital was subsequently delisted from the NYSE and integrated into Sompo's operations.
