Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM)

Founded in 2016, Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM) is a UK-based non-profit organization that supports and connects black women working in the asset management sector globally. Its mission is to create a community that fosters professional development, networking, and visibility for its members. BWAM organizes a variety of initiatives, including networking events, educational workshops, mentorship programs, and leadership conferences, to address the underrepresentation of black women and build a more inclusive industry.
