Bizfi

Founded in 2005 as Merchant Cash and Capital (MCC), the company rebranded to Bizfi in 2015 to reflect its expansion into a comprehensive fintech platform. Bizfi operated as an aggregator, marketplace, and direct funder for small business loans, lines of credit, and merchant cash advances. The platform used technology to streamline the application and approval process, connecting small businesses with over 45 potential funding partners as well as its own capital. Before ceasing operations in 2017, Bizfi had originated over $2 billion in financing to more than 35,000 small businesses across the United States.
