The company operated primarily from Israel and was regulated in the European Union through its Cypriot entity. Its business model focused on providing a simple web-based platform for individuals to bet on the short-term price movements of assets like currencies, stocks, and commodities. Following numerous investigations, fines, and regulatory actions across multiple countries for illegal marketing, unlicensed solicitation, and fraudulent practices, the company ceased operations and closed down in January 2017.
