Founded as E.L. & C. Baillieu in 1889, Baillieu Holst Ltd was one of Australia's oldest and most respected private wealth management and stockbroking firms. The company offered a comprehensive suite of financial services, including private wealth management, corporate finance, and institutional equities for private clients, families, and organizations. In 2020, Baillieu Holst merged with Ord Minnett, another historic Australian financial services firm, to create a combined entity with greater scale and service capability. The Baillieu brand and operations have been fully integrated into Ord Minnett.
