Badger DAO

Badger DAO is a community-driven project dedicated to creating DeFi applications for Bitcoin. Its primary goal is to accelerate the use of Bitcoin as collateral in other blockchains. The DAO develops and manages products called "Setts," which are tokenized vaults that allow users to deposit assets (primarily forms of tokenized Bitcoin like wBTC, renBTC, etc.) and earn yield through automated farming strategies. The protocol is governed by holders of its native token, BADGER, who can vote on proposals and direct the future of the organization. Founded in 2020, Badger aims to be a collaborative and transparent ecosystem for BTC-focused DeFi development.
