AvalCanarias SGR

Founded in 1981, AvalCanarias SGR is a private, non-profit financial entity supervised by the Bank of Spain. Its primary mission is to support the business fabric of the Canary Islands by making it easier for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), self-employed professionals, and entrepreneurs to secure credit. The company achieves this by providing financial guarantees or sureties (known as "avales") to its members, which improves their negotiation position with banks and other credit institutions, ultimately helping them access financing under more favorable terms and conditions.
