Atlantic Capital

Founded in 2007, Atlantic Capital was a full-service commercial bank headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The bank focused on serving middle-market and emerging growth companies, commercial real estate developers, and private clients. Its services included commercial and private banking, treasury management, and capital markets solutions. The publicly-traded parent company, Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: ACBI), completed a merger with SouthState Corporation (NASDAQ: SSB) in the first quarter of 2022, after which all Atlantic Capital operations were integrated into the SouthState Bank brand.
