Founded in 1971 by Austrian Volksbanks and Hypobanks, ARZ Allgemeines Rechenzentrum GmbH has established itself as a central IT partner for financial institutions. The company develops, implements, and operates integrated core banking systems, payment transaction solutions, and digitalization services. In July 2023, ARZ merged with FINinformatik to create A_FIN IT-Systeme und Services GmbH, combining their expertise to offer a broader range of IT services to over 100 banks, primarily in Austria and neighboring countries. Their mission is to provide secure, stable, and innovative IT infrastructure and software to support the entire banking value chain.
