Founded in 2011, ARMADA CORP OÜ operated as Armada Markets, a regulated Forex and CFD broker based in Estonia. The company focused on providing institutional-grade trading conditions, such as low-latency execution and tight spreads, to a global retail and professional client base. In 2015, its retail business was strategically acquired by and rebranded to Tickmill, a global multi-asset brokerage group. Following this transition, Armada Markets AS announced the termination of its investment services, effectively ceasing its brokerage operations under the original brand while the legal entity remains active.
