Arkera, founded in 2015, is a technology company that developed an AI-powered platform to deliver actionable insights and analytics for the financial industry. The platform uses natural language processing to help wealth managers, asset managers, and commercial bankers identify and engage with clients more effectively. In May 2021, Arkera was acquired by IHS Markit, which subsequently merged with S&P Global in February 2022. Today, Arkera operates as a service within the S&P Global Market Intelligence division, continuing its mission to augment human expertise with artificial intelligence to foster stronger client relationships.
