Aquis Exchange

Founded in 2012 by Alasdair Haynes, Aquis Exchange PLC operates two main divisions. The first is Aquis Exchange, a pan-European Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) regulated by both the UK's FCA and France's AMF, which offers subscription-based trading in over 1,700 European stocks. It is known for its innovative subscription pricing model and a strict ban on non-client proprietary trading. The second division, Aquis Technologies, licenses the company's advanced, high-performance matching engine and surveillance technology to a global client base of other exchanges and trading venues. The company is also the operator of the Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE), a UK-based stock market for growth companies.
