Alpari (US), LLC was a part of the global Alpari Group, providing online forex trading services to retail clients in the United States. The company was registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Futures Commission Merchant and was a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). It primarily offered trading on the MetaTrader 4 platform. Following the insolvency of its UK-affiliated entity (Alpari UK Ltd) after the Swiss National Bank's decision to unpeg the franc from the euro in January 2015, Alpari (US), LLC announced it was ceasing operations and formally withdrew its NFA membership on January 23, 2015.
