Almahfaza المحفظة

Almahfaza (The Wallet) is a strategic national project launched and supervised by the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) in collaboration with local commercial banks and payment service providers. Its primary mission is to enhance financial inclusion and transition the Libyan economy towards digital payments. The service provides a secure and convenient mobile wallet for citizens, allowing them to perform a variety of transactions, including peer-to-peer money transfers, QR code payments at merchant locations, bill payments, and mobile top-ups, directly from their smartphones linked to their bank accounts.
