Originally founded as RASBank in 2001 and later renamed Allianz Bank Financial Advisors S.p.A., the company operated as the specialized bank of the Allianz Group in Italy. Its core business was providing financial advisory, wealth management, and private banking services to Italian clients through an extensive network of professional financial advisors. The bank focused on offering a comprehensive suite of products, including investment funds, asset management, insurance policies, and traditional banking services. In 2023, as part of a corporate restructuring, Allianz Bank S.p.A. was merged by incorporation into its parent company, Allianz S.p.A., to streamline operations in the Italian market.
