Affordable Housing & Community Development Corporation

The Affordable Housing & Community Development Corporation (AHC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2003 by the West Palm Beach Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. AHC's primary mission is to address the shortage of affordable housing by developing, acquiring, and rehabilitating properties for low to moderate-income families, seniors, and individuals with special needs. They work to create safe, decent, and sustainable living environments and foster community growth throughout the South Florida region.
