Aevi

Originally the software solutions division of Wincor Nixdorf (which later became Diebold Nixdorf), Aevi was spun out as an independent company in 2015. The company's mission is to build an open ecosystem for in-person payments, moving beyond simple transactions to create new services and value for merchants. Aevi provides a cloud-based platform and a marketplace of value-added apps and services that connect payment acquirers, hardware manufacturers, and application developers. This allows acquirers to offer their merchants a flexible, future-proof payment solution on smart POS (Point of Sale) devices, combining payments with business management tools like loyalty programs, inventory management, and booking systems.
