Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC (ADCB) is a UAE-based public shareholding company that was formed in 1985. It is one of the largest banks in the UAE and provides a comprehensive suite of services spanning retail banking, commercial banking, wealth management, investment banking, and Islamic banking through its subsidiary, Al Hilal Bank. In 2019, ADCB merged with Union National Bank (UNB) and the combined entity acquired Al Hilal Bank, creating a significantly larger and more diversified banking group.
