The brand was primarily operated by Rodeler Ltd, a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Amid increasing regulatory pressure and outright bans on binary options in Europe, the company shifted its focus entirely to Forex and Contracts for Difference (CFDs). Despite this pivot, the company faced numerous regulatory actions and fines over the years, leading to the eventual renunciation of its CySEC license and the cessation of its regulated services in the EEA and UK.
